The FAERITO® line of Digital Flight Recorders provide well over 4 hours of synchronous Digital Video/Audio/Data (VAD) recording per channel. This unique “All - In - One” digital flight recorder meets ED-112 standards for both military and commercial aircraft. MEMORY OPTIONS include: 1 to 4 GB crash survivable memory unit (CSMU), noncrash (protected) internal memory and external USB removable flash memory. FAERITO® is packaged into a single compact housing measuring 4.5” x 5” x 8” and weighs less than 9lb. One or more of the following options are included in FAERITO® Digital Flight Recorders: VIDEO - 2 channels of NTSC (RS170 standard) or PAL Video with 1 Mbps maximum data rate per channel and utilizes POC’s proprietary Wavelet video compression for the highest quality video recording and playback. AUDIO - up to 4 channels of high quality compressed Digital Audio with the latest MPEG 1, Audio layer 3 standard at 16 Kbps per channel. DATA - discrete sensors and full range analog channels with fully programmable dynamic range and sampling rate; COMMUNICATION and DATA BUS - options include: MIL-1553, RS422, RS232 and ARINC429.

FAERITO® SOFTWARE:
POC offers a complete “end to end” solution and provides PC compatible software with each FAERITO® Flight Recorder. The graphic user interface (GUI) is easy to use with synchronous play back and precise timestamps of Video, Audio and Data. The FAERITO® GUI provides full control of playback including video jog, shuttle, frame advance, slow motion and freeze frame. FAERITO® is compatible with leading industry software (i.e. Flightscape, FlightVIZ). Note: Changes and moderations to software maybe an additional expense.
